A Life Activation Practitioner since 2022 and a Certified Healer since 2025, I work with you on along your journey to Know Thyself. Previously, I also worked for 12+ years as an technology strategy consultant and project manager in banking, insurance, and the public sector.

Some of the life experiences that may inform our work together:

Sobriety; after a long period of partying with alcohol, cigarettes, weed, and cocaine and several bouts of quitting all but shrooms and weed, I’ve now been fully sober almost 3 years thanks to this work and a commitment to re-learn how to interact with others and define myself. It wasn’t easy but it is possible.

Living as a gay man; overcoming pretending, social masks, trying to fit in. It may resonate with those who live more traditional lives as those themes tend to be universal.

Caregiver for two parents who have passed away; my mother from scleroderma in 2022 and my father from cancer in 2023.

It’s my belief that her state of mind and unwillingness to heal past traumas directly led to her scleroderma (an auto-immune disease) and her rapid decline and death in 2022.

And my father gave up after suffering debilitating side effects from cancer treatment.
