Astral Travel Level 1 is a four-hour workshop that introduces you to the safe, time-tested techniques of conscious out-of-body travel preserved within the Modern Mystery School lineage of King Salomon. This class opens the doors to deeper meditative states, heightened intuition, and exploration of the non-physical realms — a foundation that has empowered spiritual practitioners throughout the ages.

In this workshop, you will learn proven methods for entering the hypnagogic state and initiating conscious out-of-body travel, as well as techniques for protection, grounding, and safe return. You will also develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between your physical body and your light body, and how conscious astral experience can accelerate your spiritual growth.

Many students experience their first intentional out-of-body journey during or shortly after this workshop. The practices learned in Astral Travel Level 1 support deepened sleep, vivid dreaming, stronger intuition, and a greatly expanded sense of what is possible. The techniques are systematic and accessible, regardless of whether you have meditated before.

Astral Travel Level 1 is open to all — no prior meditation or spiritual practice experience is required. This workshop pairs naturally with Sacred Geometry Level 1 and forms part of the rich curriculum of classes available to the public through the Modern Mystery School. An Advanced Astral Travel class is also available to deepen and expand this practice.
